Ano, tohle je jedno z\u00a0t\u011bch j\u00eddel, kter\u00e9 z\u00a0obyvatel\nUSA d\u011bl\u00e1 ob\u017eivl\u00e9 pan\u00e1\u010dky Michelin\u2026<\/p>\n\n<p>J\u00edst pravideln\u011b se to ned\u00e1, nicm\u00e9n\u011b jednou za \u010das stoj\u00ed za to si d\u00e1t\ni\u00a0takov\u00e9 j\u00eddlo. J\u00e1 jsem je za posledn\u00ed rok d\u011blal dvakr\u00e1t\u00a0\u2013 poprv\u00e9 to\nbylo \u00fapln\u011b poprv\u00e9 a na\u0161el jsem recept obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed loupan\u00e1 raj\u010data, tak\u017ee\nv\u00fdsledek byl m\u00edrn\u011b nakysl\u00fd a sladce r\u016f\u017eov\u00fd (ale v\u00fdborn\u00fd!), tentokr\u00e1t\njsem to ale cht\u011bl zkusil zase jinak. Tak\u017ee jsem p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lel, jak to jednak\no\u017eivit, jednak jak p\u0159ece jen omezit <em>infarktozitu<\/em> toho jinak\nv\u00fdborn\u00e9ho j\u00eddla. A\u00a0napadlo m\u011b spojit dva recepty, jejich\u017e v\u00fdsledky si\njsou trochu podobn\u00e9: <em>mac'n'cheese<\/em> a <em>lizebab<\/em>. Pokud v\u00e1m to\ndruh\u00e9 slovo nic ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1, v\u011bzte, \u017ee jde o\u00a0zape\u010den\u00e9 cukety na balk\u00e1nsk\u00fd\nzp\u016fsob. Je\u0161t\u011b se k\u00a0n\u011bmu vr\u00e1t\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>2\u00a0st\u0159edn\u011b velk\u00e9 cukety<\/li>\n\n\t<li>2\u00a0strou\u017eky \u010desneku<\/li>\n\n\t<li>400\u00a0g such\u00fdch t\u011bstovin\u00a0\u2013 j\u00e1 jsem pou\u017eil r\u00fd\u017eov\u00e9 makarony, ale\n\tm\u016f\u017eou to b\u00fdt prakticky jak\u00e9koli\u00a0chcete<\/li>\n\n\t<li>300\u2013500 g strouhan\u00e9ho s\u00fdra, rozhodn\u011b se sem nehod\u00ed klasick\u00fd \u010desk\u00fd\n\teidam\u00a0\u2013 ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je \u010dedar, nebo ement\u00e1l \u010di jin\u00fd s\u00fdr ement\u00e1lsk\u00e9ho\n\ttypu; j\u00e1 jsem v\u00a0Tesku potkal strouhan\u00fd \u010dedar nap\u016fl s\u00a0mozzarellou, dobr\u00e1\n\tkombinace<\/li>\n\n\t<li>300\u00a0g v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho (pl\u00eds\u0148ov\u00e9ho) s\u00fdra\u00a0\u2013 j\u00e1 jsem pou\u017eil brie,\n\tale klidn\u011b bych dal t\u0159eba gorgonzolu, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b lze vynechat a p\u0159idat\n\tp\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011b strouhan\u00fdch\u00a0s\u00fdr\u016f<\/li>\n\n\t<li>l\u017e\u00edce ho\u0159\u010dice (nejl\u00e9pe dijonsk\u00e1)<\/li>\n\n\t<li>500\u00a0ml smetany na va\u0159en\u00ed (10%)<\/li>\n\n\t<li>ml\u00e9ko, s\u016fl, pep\u0159 podle pot\u0159eby<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Cukety jsem oloupal, vydlabal a nakrouhal na hromadu velmi tenk\u00fdch pl\u00e1tk\u016f.\nTy jsem dal m\u00edsy, posolil, p\u0159idal rozma\u010dkan\u00fd \u010desnek a dob\u0159e prom\u00edchal.\nA\u00a0nechal <em>vyplakat<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 u\u017e po n\u011bkolika minut\u00e1ch za\u010dne osolen\u00e1\ncuketa pou\u0161t\u011bt vodu, kterou je vhodn\u00e9 pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b vyma\u010dk\u00e1vat a vyl\u00e9vat.\nP\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b za p\u016fl hodiny je z\u00a0hory p\u016fvodn\u011b k\u0159ehk\u00fdch pl\u00e1tk\u016f cukety\nv\u00fdrazn\u011b men\u0161\u00ed hrom\u00e1dka pom\u011brn\u011b pevn\u00fdch, gumov\u00fdch kousk\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou\nide\u00e1ln\u00ed surovinou pro zap\u00e9k\u00e1n\u00ed a sma\u017een\u00ed. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm nesaj\u00ed tak\n\u017e\u00edzniv\u011b tuk jako cukety \u201enevybre\u010den\u00e9\u201c. V\u00a0tuto chv\u00edli bych mohl\nv\u00a0zap\u00e9kac\u00ed misce rozpustit trochu m\u00e1sla, cukety sm\u00edchat s\u00a0t\u0159emi vejci a\n\u010dtvrt kilem strouhan\u00e9ho s\u00fdra (alternativn\u011b p\u0159idat p\u00e1r l\u017eic krupice) a\nnechat v\u00a02\u20133cm vrstv\u011b zap\u00e9ct do\u010dervena. To by byl\n<strong>lizebab<\/strong>. V\u00a0sezon\u011b ho d\u011bl\u00e1me docela \u010dasto, je to moje\nnejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00ed j\u00eddlo z\u00a0cuket\u00a0v\u016fbec.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ale j\u00e1 jsem cukety sm\u00edchal s\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161inou strouhan\u00e9ho s\u00fdra (asi \u010dtvrtinu\njsem nechal stranou) a se syrov\u00fdmi (tj. tvrd\u00fdmi, neva\u0159en\u00fdmi!) t\u011bstovinami a\ndal v\u0161e do v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, m\u00e1slem vymazan\u00e9 zap\u00e9kac\u00ed m\u00edsy. P\u0159idal jsem nahrubo\npokr\u00e1jen\u00e9 kusy brie. Vedle jsem roz\u0161lehal ho\u0159\u010dici ve smetan\u011b, malinko\nosolil (opatrn\u011b, s\u00fdry i\u00a0cuketa u\u017e jsou slan\u00e9), trochu opep\u0159il a zalil t\u00edm\nsm\u011bs v\u00a0m\u00edse. Trochu jsem to prom\u00edchal a p\u0159im\u00e1\u010dkl\u00a0\u2013 a dolil je\u0161t\u011b\nml\u00e9ko, aby v\u0161e bylo dostate\u010dn\u011b pono\u0159en\u00e9. Zakryl jsem alobalem a nechal\np\u00e9ct 25\u00a0minut na 190\u00b0C. Pak jsem sundal alobal, sm\u011bs prom\u00edchal, aby se\nsu\u0161\u0161\u00ed kousky t\u011bstoviny dostaly dol\u016f a m\u011bly mo\u017enost zm\u011bknout, zasypal\nzbytkem strouhan\u00e9ho s\u00fdra a dopekl je\u0161t\u011b asi 15\u00a0minut, ne\u017e s\u00fdr na povrchu\nzezl\u00e1tl.<\/p>\n\n<p>Po vynd\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00a0trouby je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 chv\u00edli, aspo\u0148 cca 10\u00a0minut, nechat\nupe\u010den\u00fd obsah odpo\u010dinout a \u201esednout\u201c (stejn\u011b to d\u011bl\u00e1m t\u0159eba\ni\u00a0s\u00a0lasagn\u011bmi nebo musakou). P\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00e1 tekutina se vst\u0159eb\u00e1 a obsah se\nl\u00e9pe propoj\u00ed. Pak se m\u016f\u017ee kr\u00e1jet a nab\u00edrat na tal\u00ed\u0159e.<\/p>\n\n<p>Proto\u017ee je to opravdu syt\u00e9, vysta\u010dilo n\u00e1m to dokonce na dva dny (a druh\u00fd\nto snad bylo je\u0161t\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed).<\/p>\n\n<p>Pozn.: Popravd\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, krom\u011b cukety jsem tam d\u00e1val je\u0161t\u011b brokolici,\nale ta mi tam u\u017e trochu vadila.
