Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0hlavn\u00edch\nfavorit\u016f jsou rozhodn\u011b t\u011bstoviny s\u00a0n\u011bjakou rychlou, obvykle smetanovou\nom\u00e1\u010dkou. Ty hutn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, raj\u010datov\u00e9, obvykle pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed v\u00edc \u010dasu\u00a0\u2013\ntyhle <em>fofrom\u00e1\u010dky<\/em> ale nejen\u017ee ho nevy\u017eaduj\u00ed, ony se del\u0161\u00ed\np\u0159\u00edprav\u011b vylo\u017een\u011b vzpouzej\u00ed. Tak\u017ee a\u010dkoli sem tam ud\u011bl\u00e1m i\u00a0n\u011bjakou\ntu <em>bolognese<\/em>, co se pomaluje p\u0159evaluje pod poklic\u00ed t\u0159eba t\u0159i\nhodiny, nebo se vzepnu k\u00a0v\u00fdkonu a \u0161udl\u00e1m se s\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00fdmi <a\nhref=\"\/pixynergia\/2007\/spagety-s-masovymi-kulickami-cherry-rajcatky-a-modrym-syrem\/\">masov\u00fdmi\nkuli\u010dkami<\/a>, ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f nen\u00ed \u010das na hrdinstv\u00ed a vol\u00edm <a\nhref=\"\/pixynergia\/2007\/do-zlateho-fondu-spagety-s-rukolou\/\">rychlou\ncestu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 na tom je, \u017ee za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1m s\u00a0hozen\u00edm t\u011bstovin do vrouc\u00ed vody a po\nt\u011bch 8\u201310 minut\u00e1ch, co jim to trv\u00e1 do <em>al dente<\/em>, je hotovo.\nA\u00a0je\u0161t\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed je variabilita: postup je v\u00a0z\u00e1sad\u011b stejn\u00fd, v\u00fdsledek\nklidn\u011b poka\u017ed\u00e9 jin\u00fd. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed jen na tom, co si zrovna vyberu a co mi padne\npod nos. Minul\u00fd t\u00fdden\njsme m\u011bli 1 + 3 + 5 (cherry raj\u010d\u00e1tka a bazalka) + 7 + 8 (niva) + 10, zat\u00edmco\ndneska 1 + 3 + 4 (zbytek \u0161unky a t\u0159i kole\u010dka choriza) + 6 (su\u0161en\u00e1 chili\npapri\u010dka) + 7 + 8 (jak\u00fdsi oby\u010dejn\u00fd <em>blue cheese<\/em>) + 9 + 10 +\u00a011<\/p>\n\n<p>Ono je to vlastn\u011b jedno. Hlavn\u00ed je to, \u017ee mezi za\u010d\u00e1tkem va\u0159en\u00ed a\nhotov\u00fdm ob\u011bdem neuplyne v\u00edc, ne\u017e je t\u011bch nejv\u00fd\u0161e deset minut, co\npot\u0159ebuj\u00ed k\u00a0uva\u0159en\u00ed t\u011bstoviny.
