Ale jen\nvzd\u00e1lenou inspirac\u00ed, v\u00fdsledek s\u00a0n\u00edm m\u00e1 jen m\u00e1lo spole\u010dn\u00e9ho. Nejl\u00e9pe den p\u0159edem, aby se v\u0161e\nmohlo do druh\u00e9ho dne p\u011bkn\u011b namarinovat a rozle\u017eet. Papriky jsem dal na\npek\u00e1\u010d do trouby rozp\u00e1len\u00e9 na pln\u00e9 pecky na cca 20\u00a0minut. Pozn\u00e1vac\u00ed\nznamen\u00ed je, \u017ee se na nich za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed d\u011blat tmav\u00e9 sp\u00e1len\u00e9 fleky. Pak se\nmus\u00ed vyt\u00e1hnout z\u00a0trouby a ihned p\u0159em\u00edstit do igelitov\u00e9ho s\u00e1\u010dku, kde se\nnechaj\u00ed po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b zapa\u0159it. Kdy\u017e vychladnou natolik, abych se neopa\u0159il, je\n\u010das je vyt\u00e1hnout, vykuchat a oloupat. Jde to dob\u0159e, kdy\u017e jsou dob\u0159e\nupe\u010den\u00e9, zapa\u0159en\u00e9 a nezapomn\u011bl jsem je tam tak dlouho, \u017ee by stihly\n\u00fapln\u011b vychladnout a zase se zat\u00e1hnout.<\/p>\n\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pozn\u00e1mka: papriky jsou p\u011bkn\u011b \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e9 a pust\u00ed hodn\u011b vody.\nV\u00a0\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nevyl\u00e9vat, nebryndat, loupat nad miskou, \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu\npou\u017e\u00edt!<\/p>\n\n<p>Ve druh\u00e9m kroku jsem nachystal n\u00e1pl\u0148. Ku\u0159ec\u00ed maso jsem nakr\u00e1jel na\ndrobn\u00e9 kosti\u010dky, p\u0159idal na jemn\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky nakr\u00e1jen\u00fd \u010desnek, trochu osolil,\np\u0159idal asi p\u016fl l\u017ei\u010dky oregana a dob\u0159e rozm\u00edchal. Ne\u017e se nachyst\u00e1 zbytek,\nmaso p\u011bkn\u011b nat\u00e1hne ty v\u016fn\u011b. Pak jsem k\u00a0tomu nakr\u00e1jel zbytek surovin, v\u0161e\nsp\u00ed\u0161 nadrobno: jarn\u00ed cibulky i\u00a0s\u00a0nat\u00ed, raj\u010data, bazalku, tvrd\u00fd s\u00fdr\u00a0\u2013\na gorgonzolu jsem tam rozdrobil. P\u0159idal jsem v\u0161echnu \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu z\u00a0paprik\n(mezit\u00edm je\u0161t\u011b stihly upustit dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00e1rku) a v\u0161e dob\u0159e rozm\u00edchal.<\/p>\n\n<p>A\u00a0pak jsem to rozd\u011blill na \u0161est d\u00edl\u016f, nap\u011bchoval to do t\u011bch\noloupan\u00fdch paprik a dal do pek\u00e1\u010de pokud mo\u017eno t\u00edm nacpan\u00fdm nahoru, aby\np\u0159i pe\u010den\u00ed co nejm\u00e9n\u011b vyteklo ven. Trochu jsem to podlil, zast\u0159\u00edknul\nshora olivov\u00fdm olejem a dal p\u00e9ct asi na 40\u00a0minut (!) na 200\u00a0\u00b0C. Ale \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9\nm\u00e1slo! Papriky pust\u00ed p\u0159i pe\u010den\u00ed spoustu \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy a to, v\u00a0\u010dem se po\nvynd\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00a0trouby po kotn\u00edky brod\u00ed, je u\u010din\u011bn\u00fd poklad a snad to\nnejlep\u0161\u00ed na cel\u00e9m j\u00eddle.
