To\u017e co je snaz\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e si je hned druh\u00fd den ud\u011blat\nk\u00a0ob\u011bdu.<\/p>\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladem je asi kilo <strong>brambor<\/strong> va\u0159en\u00fdch ve slupce (varn\u00fd\ntyp A), vystydl\u00e9, oloupan\u00e9, nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9\/pro\u00adtla\u010den\u00e9 na kosti\u010dky\u00a0\u2013\nstejn\u011b jako na bramborov\u00fd sal\u00e1t. P\u0159idal jsem kel\u00edmek\n<strong>cottage<\/strong>. Nechal chvilku proh\u0159\u00e1t a v\u0161e p\u0159im\u00edchal do brambor.<\/p>\n\n<p><em>Mimochodem, v\u00a0t\u00e9to f\u00e1zi je to v\u00fdborn\u00fd bramborov\u00fd sal\u00e1t a d\u00e1 se tu\nskon\u010dit. Pokud nem\u00e1te r\u00e1di takov\u00fd ten \u010desk\u00fd hutn\u00fd a kysel\u00fd bramborov\u00fd\nsal\u00e1t s\u00a0majon\u00e9zou, dejte si trochu t\u00e9hle sm\u011bsi stranou, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b\nm\u016f\u017eete je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159idat i\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00e9 to natvrdo va\u0159en\u00e9, nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 vejce.\nNechte vychladit (a nejl\u00e9pe aspo\u0148 den v\u00a0chladu odle\u017eet) a pak ochutnejte.\nP\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm je to p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1\u00a0zm\u011bna.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Zp\u011bt z\u00a0odbo\u010dky. M\u011bl jsem m\u00edsu dob\u0159e prom\u00edchan\u00e9 sm\u011bsi brambor,\ncottage, cibulky, uzeniny a zeleniny. Do misky jsem rozklepl dv\u011b\n<strong>vaj\u00ed\u010dka<\/strong>, p\u0159ilil trochu ml\u00edka, dob\u0159e roz\u0161lehal, nalil do\nsm\u011bsi a dob\u0159e prom\u00edchal. Nalil do vymazan\u00e9ho pek\u00e1\u010de a zapekl na\n<strong>200\u00a0\u00b0C asi 30\u00a0minut<\/strong>.
