Ud\u011bl\u00e1me\nsi n\u011bco a\u017e z\u00a0dalek\u00fd Evropy, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b to dneska bude \u010dekosurobakiya\nkuchyn\u011b, a bude to takov\u00fd jejich skoro n\u00e1rodn\u00ed j\u00eddlo, kter\u00fdmu voni \u0159ikaj\ndocela srandovn\u011b: \u201ekuneduro weppe\u0161uro zero\u201c. Ale nebudem se sm\u00e1t, von je\nten sv\u011bt velikej, a zdaleka ne v\u0161ude se lidi \u017eiv\u00ed rej\u017e\u00ed a su\u0161im, to byste\nse a\u017e divili. A\u00a0proto my taky m\u00e1me dneska todlento speci\u00e1lo, abysme se taky\nty exotick\u00fd j\u00eddla nau\u010dili.<\/p>\n\n<p>V\u00edt\u00e1m tady pan\u00ed Mirune Timiyaki, <em>ariga\u010dka Mir\u010do<\/em>, d\u00e1me si\ntajdle pan\u00e1\u010dka sak\u00e9 a hned na to vl\u00edtnem, jak\u00fdpak kolem toho copak. Co teda\nbudem dneska va\u0159it. Ono tohle \u201ekundurozero\u201c je tam v\u00a0t\u00fd tramt\u00e1rii docela\ntypick\u00fd, voni se tam t\u00edm ty kluc\u00ed b\u00edl\u00fd cpou v\u0161ichni skoro ka\u017edej den. J\u00e1\njsem tam byl a n\u011bjakej \u010das jsem tam va\u0159il, dokonce p\u0159\u00edmo v\u00a0jejich hlavn\u00edm\nm\u011bst\u011b, ten restaurant se jmenoval docela po na\u0161emu <em>Unadura\u0161i<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 a\ntohle j\u00eddlo jsem se tam dost dob\u0159e nau\u010dil. A\u00a0my se ho te\u010f\nnau\u010d\u00edme\u00a0spolu.<\/p>\n\n<p>Zaj\u00edmav\u00fd je, \u017ee vono to vlastn\u011b nen\u00ed jedno j\u00eddlo, vono jsou to t\u0159i\nj\u00eddla, ale j\u00ed se v\u0161ecky dohromady. Ale pozor, ne \u017ee na st\u0159\u00edda\u010dku ka\u017ed\u00fd\nz\u00a0jedn\u00fd misky jako norm\u00e1ln\u011b. To oni ne, oni si v\u0161echny t\u0159i daj do jedn\u00fd\nmisky najednou, tak jako to zhamtaj\u00ed dohromady a jed\u00ed to tak. No, ka\u017ed\u00fdmu\njeho harakiri, jak j\u00e1 \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m. Voni sice ty misky maj docela velik\u00fd a takov\u00fd\nplacat\u00fd, ale zase v\u0161ecko m\u00edt nemus\u00edme, \u017ee\u00a0jo.<\/p>\n\n<p>To prvn\u00ed j\u00eddlo, co si ud\u011bl\u00e1me, to bude to \u201ekuneduro\u201c. To je asi\nnejslo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ze v\u0161ech. Teda vono na pohled to vypad\u00e1 jako trochu v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed\nrej\u017eov\u00fd knedl\u00ed\u010dky, co v\u0161ichni zn\u00e1me. Akor\u00e1t \u017ee voni je d\u011blaj\nneuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u011b slo\u017eit\u011b, nejd\u0159\u00edv se d\u011bl\u00e1 t\u011bsto, kter\u00fd t\u0159eba i\u00a0n\u011bkolik\nhodin p\u0159ipravujou, pak z\u00a0n\u011bho uv\u00e1l\u00ed placky, ty placky srolujou do takovejch\njako z\u00e1vitk\u016f, ty pak upe\u010dou, pak je nechaj\u00ed t\u0159eba i\u00a0p\u00e1r dn\u00ed odle\u017eet,\npak si ud\u011blaj\u00ed druh\u00fd t\u011bsto, ty odle\u017eel\u00fd z\u00e1vitky do n\u011bho nakr\u00e1j\u00ed a zase\nto dlouho zpracov\u00e1vaj a zase nech\u00e1vaj odle\u017eet a pak teprve z\u00a0toho d\u011blaj\u00ed\nty jako\u017ee knedl\u00ed\u010dky. To my samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tady d\u011blat nebudeme, my si ud\u011bl\u00e1me\nnorm\u00e1lo jednodu\u0161e rej\u017eov\u00fd knedl\u00ed\u010dky, ale pro zm\u011bnu je ud\u011bl\u00e1me mali\u010dko\nv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed a co je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed: na konec si je netradi\u010dn\u011b nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na\npl\u00e1tky a bude to to prav\u00fd jahodov\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n<p>Druh\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st <em>kunduzero<\/em> je to \u201eweppe\u0161uro\u201c. Ono je to vlastn\u011b\njako takov\u00fd pe\u010den\u00fd maso, oni teda pou\u017e\u00edvaj maso z\u00a0t\u011bch jejich prasat, j\u00e1\nto moc nemusim\u00a0\u2013 ale ono je nakonec jedno, z\u00a0jak\u00fdho masa si to\n<em>weppe\u0161uro<\/em> ud\u011bl\u00e1te. Kdo nechce prase, d\u00e1 t\u0159eba rybu, kdo nem\u00e1\nrybu, ned\u00e1 nic. Ono t\u0159i j\u00eddla nebo dv\u011b, to je skoro jedno, jim by se to asi\nnel\u00edbilo, ale my ani nepozn\u00e1me, kdy\u017e tam n\u011bjak\u00e1 drobnost oproti tomu jejich\norigin\u00e1lo bude chyb\u011bt. Tak\u017ee tady m\u00e1me kr\u00e1snou tresku, kterou si upe\u010deme.\nA\u00a0aby to bylo to prav\u00fd <em>\u010dekosurobaki<\/em>, m\u011blo by se to ochutit\n\u010desnekem a km\u00ednem\u00a0\u2013 kter\u00fd tu sice nem\u00e1me, ale pou\u017eijem koriandr a\nteriyaki om\u00e1\u010dku, ono to je hodn\u011b podobn\u00fd. D\u00e1me to p\u011bkn\u011b p\u00edct a zat\u00edm si\nud\u011bl\u00e1me posledn\u00ed\u00a0chod.<\/p>\n\n<p>A\u00a0t\u00edm je to \u201ezero\u201c. To je takov\u00e1 jejich speci\u00e1lo zelenina, n\u011bco jako\n<em>kim-\u010di<\/em>, kter\u00fd asi budete zn\u00e1t, akor\u00e1t \u017ee to nen\u00ed tolik ochucen\u00fd\na naopak to zase maj\u00ed dost kysel\u00fd. Oni na to maj\u00ed dokonce takovej ob\u0159ad:\nobrovskou hromadu t\u00fd zeleniny nakr\u00e1j\u00ed norm\u00e1ln\u011b na nudli\u010dky, pak ji vraz\u00ed\ndo takov\u00fd jako d\u017eakuzi, do kter\u00fd pak na\u017eenou svoje \u017eeny a dcery a nechaj\u00ed\nje po t\u00fd zelenin\u011b sk\u00e1kat, a\u017e z\u00a0n\u00ed vyma\u010dkaj\u00ed v\u0161echnu \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu, a pak to\nnechaj\u00ed tak dlouho ve sklep\u011b, a\u017e jim to s\u00a0tou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou zkvas\u00ed. A\u00a0teprve\npotom to \u201ezero\u201c va\u0159\u00ed a j\u00ed. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed m\u00edstn\u00ed to j\u00ed dokonce syrov\u00fd, je\nto takov\u00e1 m\u00edstn\u00ed delikatesa. No my tady pochopiteln\u011b po sal\u00e1tu sk\u00e1kat\nnebudem. Kdo chce, dneska u\u017e si m\u016f\u017ee v\u00a0n\u011bkterejch obchodech koupit prav\u00fd\nevropsk\u00fd <em>zero<\/em>, ale my tu ale m\u00e1me norm\u00e1ln\u00ed <em>nori<\/em> \u0159asy,\nkter\u00fd si nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na nudli\u010dky a kdy\u017e do toho p\u0159id\u00e1me rej\u017eovej ocet,\nbudeme koukat, jak n\u00e1m to bude \u0161makovat.<\/p>\n\n<p><em>Weppe\u0161uro<\/em> se n\u00e1m mezit\u00edm upeklo, tak m\u016f\u017eem nandavat. Do misky\nsi hezky d\u00e1me knedl\u00ed\u010dky, ale tahle si je nakr\u00e1j\u00edme jako su\u0161i, pak na to\np\u0159id\u00e1me maso, hezky i\u00a0s\u00a0t\u00edm sosikem, Mirunko, to k\u00a0tomu pat\u0159\u00ed; a \u00fapln\u011b\nnahoru hod\u00edme to na\u0161e va\u0159en\u00fd <em>zero<\/em> a p\u011bkn\u011b to h\u016flkama\nprom\u00edch\u00e1me. Je to exotick\u00fd j\u00eddlo a my se toho neboj\u00edme. A\u00a0nakonec na to\ntahle trochu postrouh\u00e1me tofu, jak to m\u00e1me r\u00e1di a zasypeme n\u011bjakou zelenou\nnat\u00ed\u00a0\u2013 m\u016f\u017eete vz\u00edt t\u0159eba citronovou tr\u00e1vou, nebo nasekanou\n<em>nori<\/em> jako my\u00a0\u2013 proto\u017ee bez toho to nen\u00ed to prav\u00fd <em>kuneduro\nweppe\u0161uro zero<\/em>.
