Ani j\u00e1 ne\u00a0\u2013 m\u011bl jsem\nsto a jednu variantu od hospodsk\u00fdch \u201eje tam ku\u0159e a zelenina a asi je\u0161t\u011b\nn\u011bco\u201c p\u0159es prefabrikovan\u00e9 plastov\u00e9 misky na benz\u00ednk\u00e1ch a fastfoodech a\u017e\npo pom\u011brn\u011b zda\u0159il\u00e9 aproximace. Ale na toho <em>spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho<\/em> a\n<em>jedin\u00e9ho prav\u00e9ho<\/em> Caesara jsem je\u0161t\u011b \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed nem\u011bl. A\u00a0nejsem si\nvlastn\u011b ani jist\u00fd, jestli o\u00a0ten orign\u00e1l tak nezbytn\u011b stoj\u00edm: p\u016fvodn\u00ed\nz\u00e1livka je kyselej\u0161\u00ed a v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e se mi zamlouv\u00e1. Purista ale\nrozhodn\u011b nejsem a recepty ch\u00e1pu obvykle jen jako vod\u00edtko. <em>C\u00e9zar<\/em> je\nnatolik zaj\u00edmav\u00fd n\u00e1pad, \u017ee si tu tis\u00edc a jednu variaci na stejn\u00e9 t\u00e9ma\nzaslou\u017e\u00ed. T\u0159eba tu vaj\u00ed\u010dkovou, kterou u\u017e n\u011bjak\u00fd \u010das d\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1m.<\/p>\n\n<p>Uva\u0159\u00edm <strong>4\u00a0vejce<\/strong> natvrdo (ale lze i\u00a0na hnili\u010dko nebo\ndokonce nam\u011bkko, tekut\u00fd \u017eloutek je zde skv\u011blou surovinou), vystydl\u00e1 oloupu\na rozp\u016fl\u00edm. \u017dloutky vyloupnu do misky, b\u00edlky nakr\u00e1j\u00edm na nudli\u010dky a d\u00e1m\nstranou. Nakr\u00e1j\u00edm na kosti\u010dky <strong>b\u00edl\u00e9 pe\u010divo<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 pro sebe\nberu tak 1\u20132 pl\u00e1tky <a\nhref=\"http:\/\/www.lekarna.cz\/pan-carre-bily-krajeny-chleb\/\">b\u00edl\u00e9ho\nbezlepkov\u00e9ho chleba<\/a>, pro ostatn\u00ed tak p\u016fl rohl\u00edku nebo odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed\nmno\u017estv\u00ed jin\u00e9ho pe\u010diva\u00a0\u2013 a osma\u017e\u00edm na p\u00e1nvi na tro\u0161ce dobr\u00e9ho oleje.\nJe t\u0159eba hodn\u011b p\u0159ehazovat, aby se krutony osma\u017eily rovnom\u011brn\u011b a do\nzlatova. K\u0159upav\u00e9 krutony vysypu na pap\u00edrovou ut\u011brku, aby nez\u016fstaly mastn\u00e9,\na je\u0161t\u011b za horka lehce posypu <strong>su\u0161en\u00fdm \u010desnekem<\/strong>\n(p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u010derstv\u00e9ho \u010desneku do p\u00e1nve jsem opustil, proto\u017ee\np\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm ten bezlepkov\u00fd chleba se sma\u017e\u00ed pom\u011brn\u011b dlouho a zprudka a\n\u010desnek se v\u017edy p\u0159ip\u00e1lil a krutony byly naho\u0159kl\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n<p>K\u00a0<strong>\u017eloutk\u016fm<\/strong> v\u00a0misce p\u0159id\u00e1m dv\u011b l\u017ei\u010dky\n<strong>dijonsk\u00e9 ho\u0159\u010dice<\/strong>, jednu <strong>an\u010dovi\u010dku<\/strong> nebo\nl\u017ei\u010dku <strong>ryb\u00ed om\u00e1\u010dky<\/strong>, \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu z\u00a0p\u016flky\n<strong>citronu<\/strong>, l\u017ei\u010dku <strong>balzamikov\u00e9ho octa<\/strong> a\nl\u017ei\u010dku <strong>medu<\/strong>. Vidli\u010dkou \u017eloutky rozma\u010dk\u00e1m a v\u0161e dob\u0159e\nzpracuju na hladkou pastu. Pak p\u0159iliju p\u00e1r l\u017eic dobr\u00e9ho <strong>olivov\u00e9ho\noleje<\/strong> a rozm\u00edch\u00e1m. T\u00edm je kr\u00e9mov\u00fd dresing na sal\u00e1t\u00a0hotov.<\/p>\n\n<p>Do m\u00edsy natrh\u00e1m \u0159\u00edmsk\u00fd sal\u00e1t (je asi nejlep\u0161\u00ed), p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b\nnakr\u00e1j\u00edm sal\u00e1t ledov\u00fd anebo pou\u017eiju libovolnou jinou kombinaci \u010derstv\u00fdch\nzelen\u00fdch sal\u00e1t\u016f. Naliju na n\u011bj tu z\u00e1livku a d\u016fkladn\u011b prom\u00edch\u00e1m, aby\nbyly rovnom\u011brn\u011b obaleny v\u0161echny l\u00edstky. Nahoru p\u0159ehod\u00edm nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9\n<strong>b\u00edlky<\/strong>, nastrouh\u00e1m trochu <strong>parmaz\u00e1nu<\/strong> a\np\u0159id\u00e1m malinko \u010derstv\u011b namlet\u00e9ho <strong>pep\u0159e<\/strong>. Lehce zast\u0159\u00edknu\n<strong>olivov\u00fdm olejem<\/strong> a nahoru p\u0159id\u00e1m ty <strong>k\u0159upav\u00e9\nkrutony<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Kdo chce m\u016f\u017ee si p\u0159idat i\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00e9 to maso\u00a0\u2013 ope\u010den\u00e9 kousky ku\u0159ete,\nuzen\u00e9ho lososa, pl\u00e1tky parmsk\u00e9 \u0161unky nebo jam\u00f3n serrano.
