A\u00a0proto\u017ee nechci, aby ty koment\u00e1\u0159e zapadly ihned v\u00a0toku \u010dasu,\nale ani se mi to nechce nijak rozepisovat a uhlazovat, jen je sem prdnu\ncopy\/paste jako neuspo\u0159\u00e1dan\u00fd sled my\u0161lenek.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2014\u2014\u2014<\/p>\n\n<p>Jako v\u0161echno fajn, ale co fakta a realita norm\u00e1ln\u00edho rozd\u011blen\u00ed\ninteligence. Podle m\u011b jsou jen dv\u011b mo\u017enosti: bu\u010f si to p\u0159iznat a stupn\u011b\nvzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed nastavit tak, aby tomu odpov\u00eddaly (co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee t\u011bch cca\n25\u00a0% lid\u00ed s\u00a0IQ&lt;90 na maturitu nedos\u00e1hne), nebo sn\u00ed\u017eit n\u00e1roky tak, \u017ee\nmaturitu bude m\u00edt ka\u017ed\u00fd (tedy i\u00a0pom\u011brn\u011b jednoduch\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk s\u00a0IQ\n80\u00a0s\u00a0ambic\u00ed pr\u00e1ce u\u00a0p\u00e1su stejn\u011b jako jeho spolu\u017e\u00e1k s\u00a0IQ\n140\u00a0s\u00a0ambicemi na neurochirurga). A\u00a0pochopiteln\u011b neskon\u010d\u00edme jen\nu\u00a0maturity, pro\u010d by t\u0159eba 30\u00a0% nem\u011blo m\u00edt vysokou \u0161kolu? Nen\u00ed to\ndiskriminace? Nastavme kvalitu vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed a testov\u00e1n\u00ed tak, aby V\u0160 zvl\u00e1dlo\n90\u00a0% lid\u00ed. Akor\u00e1t nev\u00edm, jak\u00fd takov\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed bude m\u00edt smysl a pro\u010d\nbychom mu je\u0161t\u011b m\u011bli \u0159\u00edkat vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2014\u2014\u2014<\/p>\n\n<p>Smysl d\u00e1v\u00e1 naopak upou\u0161t\u011bt od nivelizovan\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed a maturity by\nse m\u011bly sp\u00ed\u0161 ru\u0161it. Sv\u011bt \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l v\u00edc pot\u0159ebuje \u00fazk\u00e9 specialisty a\ntomu jde n\u011bjak\u00e9 povinn\u00e9 v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b proti. Gymn\u00e1zium a\nmaturita je prastar\u00fd stroj na v\u00fdrobu unifikovan\u00fdch st\u00e1tn\u00edch \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edk\u016f (a\nhrstky v\u011bdc\u016f a expert\u016f vhodn\u00fdch k\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu studiu, kter\u00e9 od nich\nodd\u011bl\u00ed) a jako takov\u00e9 jsou to p\u0159ekonan\u00e9 koncepty. Stejn\u011b jako ten bal\u00edk\n\u201ev\u0161eobecn\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c, kter\u00fd se sna\u017e\u00ed st\u00e1le produkovat. Ten je\nv\u00a0praxi st\u00e1le zbyte\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed\u00a0\u2013 znalosti i\u00a0unifikovan\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce st\u00e1le\nsn\u00e1ze zastanou stroje. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed uplatn\u011bn\u00ed v\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch generac\u00edch najdou\njedinci velice \u00fazce specializovan\u00ed, mist\u0159i v\u00a0miniaturn\u00edch v\u00fdse\u010d\u00edch\nlidsk\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed. Opravdu v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee se brzy uk\u00e1\u017ee, jak jsou v\u0161ude\nnej\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ti, co n\u011bjakou dovednost tr\u00e9novali od d\u011btstv\u00ed bez ohledu\nna n\u011bjak\u00e9 form\u00e1ln\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed\u00a0\u2013 zat\u00edmco ty z\u00e1stupy form\u00e1ln\u011b\nvzd\u011blan\u00fdch se budou p\u0159etahovat o\u00a0zbytnou pr\u00e1ci, mezi sebou a se stroji.<\/p>\n\n<p>V\u0161eobecn\u00e9, unifikovan\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed a pota\u017emo maturita jako jeho modla je\np\u0159e\u017eitek 20.\u00a0stolet\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2014\u2014\u2014<\/p>\n\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd pot\u0159ebuje n\u011bjak\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed\u00a0\u2013 ale\nz\u00e1sadn\u00ed ot\u00e1zkou dne\u0161ka je, jak\u00e9. Proto\u017ee ty osnovy a pota\u017emo obsah\nmaturit jsou v\u00a0z\u00e1kladu stejn\u00e9 a nem\u011bnn\u00e9 jako za C&amp;K\u00a0mocn\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed\np\u0159ed 150\u00a0lety.<\/p>\n\n<p>(\u2026) Nikdo nev\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b, jak\u00e1 bude popt\u00e1vka na pracovn\u00edm trhu za\n20\u00a0nebo 40\u00a0let\u00a0\u2013 ale dok\u00e1\u017eeme si kvalifikovan\u011b tipnout a n\u011bco odhadovat\naspo\u0148 ze st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch trend\u016f. Tyhle po\u017eadavky a klasick\u00e9 osnovy \u201ev\u0161eobecn\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c jsou\nv\u00a0celkem ostr\u00e9m rozporu a jen v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b se ob\u010das n\u011bkomu osv\u00edcen\u00e9mu\nda\u0159\u00ed je malinko skloubit. Ale to jsou sp\u00ed\u0161e excesy, jinak je sp\u00ed\u0161\npot\u0159ebn\u00e1 n\u011bjak\u00e1 velmi z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zm\u011bna cel\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. Prvn\u00ed vla\u0161tovky\n(n\u011bkter\u00e9 seversk\u00e9 \u010di asijsk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty) se objevuj\u00ed, co\u017e je jen d\u016fkaz toho,\njak moc nevyhnuteln\u00e1 ta zm\u011bna je. V\u00fduka literatury\nv\u00a0na\u0161ich \u0161kol\u00e1ch je z\u00a0valn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti \u201eliter\u00e1rn\u00ed d\u011bjepis\u201c,\nnejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st se v\u011bnuje kdy se kdo narodil, kdo kdy s\u00a0k\u00fdm kde, a u\u017e\nm\u00e9n\u011b co a pro\u010d. Na modern\u00ed literaturu zb\u00fdv\u00e1 jen men\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st v\u00fduky, na\nn\u011bjak\u00e9 liter\u00e1rn\u00ed rozbory a diskuse leda kdy\u017e se n\u00e1hodou urod\u00ed osv\u00edcen\u00fd\n\u010de\u0161tin\u00e1\u0159. Aby to m\u011blo smysl, m\u011blo by to b\u00fdt p\u0159esn\u011b naopak\u00a0\u2013\nd\u011bjepravu a \u201emrtvou\u201c literaturu (sorry, ale kdo dnes \u010dte dobrovoln\u011b\nKr\u00e1snohorskou nebo Raise?!) zm\u00ednit, v\u011bnovat jim max. \u010dtvrtinu penza (sp\u00ed\u0161\nm\u00e9n\u011b) a v\u011bt\u0161inu \u010dasu v\u011bnovat modern\u00ed literatu\u0159e a aktivn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci\ns\u00a0n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<p>A\u00a0d\u011bjepis, to sam\u00e9 v\u00a0bled\u011bmodr\u00e9m. J\u00e1 to vid\u00edm, co a jak se u\u010d\u00ed\nd\u011bti dnes na gymplu. Na\u0161rotit data, nabiflovat sled ud\u00e1lost\u00ed, udr\u017eet to do\nzkou\u0161en\u00ed a p\u00edsemky a s\u00a0\u00falevou pustit z\u00a0hlavy. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhy,\n\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 souvislosti, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 konsekvence a vzta\u017een\u00ed historie\nk\u00a0sou\u010dasnosti. D\u011bjiny lidstva by mohly b\u00fdt nejzaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a\nnejz\u00e1bavn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm p\u0159edm\u011btem ve \u0161kole, ale musel by se u\u010dit \u00fapln\u011b jinak,\nmottem by m\u011blo b\u00fdt \u201ep\u0159\u00ed\u010diny, d\u016fsledky, souvislosti\u201c a ne \u201edata,\nbitvy, korunovace, vra\u017edy\u201c. Dcera se te\u010f u\u010dila o\u00a0Stolet\u00e9 v\u00e1lce, m\u011bla\nv\u00a0t\u00e9 z\u00e1plav\u011b dat a encyklopedick\u00fdch \u00fadaj\u016f \u00fapln\u00fd hokej, j\u00e1 jako produkt\nsocialistick\u00e9ho \u0161kolstv\u00ed jsem o\u00a0tom nev\u011bd\u011bl ani zbla, tak jsme si na\u0161li\np\u00e1r \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f na netu, za\u010dali si o\u00a0tom pov\u00eddat a ono to nakonec bylo dost\nzaj\u00edmav\u00e9 a z\u00e1bavn\u00e9 pro oba, kdo dal komu na budku a kdo se na koho pro\u010d\nna\u0161tval a jak\u00e9 to m\u011blo d\u016fsledky a pro\u010d vlastn\u011b tahle bitva a pro\u010d tuhle\nup\u00e1lili a tak. Dcera z\u00a0toho vy\u0161la s\u00a0\u00fapln\u011b jin\u00fdm bal\u00edkem v\u011bdomost\u00ed ne\u017e\nm\u011bla z\u00a0toho p\u0159edchoz\u00edho t\u00fddne ve \u0161kole a hlan\u011b j\u00ed to d\u00e1valo r\u00e1zem dost\njin\u00fd smysl ne\u017e ta sekvence \u00fadaj\u016f, kter\u00e9 se m\u011bla p\u016fvodn\u011b na\u0161rotit.<\/p>\n\n<p>V\u0161ichni se budou muset sm\u00ed\u0159it s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee znalosti p\u0159est\u00e1vaj\u00ed b\u00fdt\nd\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. P\u0159ed sto lety vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed = znalosti. Dnes jsou znalosti ve\nspr\u00e1v\u011b stroj\u016f, dostupn\u00e9 v\u00a0\u0159\u00e1du vte\u0159in ka\u017ed\u00e9mu. \u010c\u00edm d\u00e1l v\u00edc bude\nplatit, \u017ee vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed = dovednosti a \u010dlov\u011bk se znalostmi bude zaj\u00edmat leda\nproducenty televizn\u00edch sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed. \u0160kolstv\u00ed, ve sv\u00e9 podstat\u011b nezm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9\nod Marie Terezie, se mus\u00ed zm\u011bnit radik\u00e1ln\u011b. A\u00a0t\u00edm mysl\u00edm zcela z\u00e1sadn\u011b,\nsyst\u00e9mov\u011b. M\u011bli bychom zapomenout na cel\u00fd ten syst\u00e9m \u201esamoz\u0159ejm\u00fdch\ndanost\u00ed\u201c jako t\u0159\u00eddy, ro\u010dn\u00edky, p\u0159edm\u011bty, zn\u00e1mky, zkou\u0161ky a vymyslet\nn\u011bco \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00e9ho, n\u011bjak\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak d\u011btem nep\u0159ed\u00e1vat informace (ty\nbude m\u00edt ka\u017ed\u00fd n\u011bkde na z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed dostupn\u00e9 v\u00a0neomezen\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e), ale\nschopnosti s\u00a0nimi pracovat, vyhodnocovat je, kompilovat a komunikovat nad nimi\ns\u00a0ostatn\u00edmi. Ta sou\u010dasn\u00e1 terezi\u00e1nsk\u00e1 \u0161kola je p\u0159e\u017eitek, vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed\nse mus\u00ed zm\u011bnit na n\u011bco principi\u00e1ln\u011b jin\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2014\u2014\u2014<\/p>\n\n<p>A\u00a0je\u0161t\u011b jedna v\u011bc. V\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed stra\u0161n\u011b snadno zapom\u00edn\u00e1 na jeden\npodstatn\u00fd fakt. Nejen \u017ee u\u017e d\u00e1vno nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 b\u00fdt\n\u201erenesan\u010dn\u00edm\u201c v\u011bdcem se z\u00e1kladn\u00ed znalost\u00ed v\u0161ech obor\u016f (leda plytkou\nk\u00a0sam\u00e9 nepou\u017eitelnosti), u\u017e nen\u00ed ani mo\u017en\u00e9 m\u00edt dostate\u010dn\u011b v\u0161eobecn\u00e9\nznalosti v\u00a0jedin\u00e9m oboru. V\u0161echny obory se neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u011b rozsegmentovaly a\nspecialist\u00e9 v\u00a0jednom segmentu nedok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed pobrat v\u00edc ne\u017e letm\u00fd povrchn\u00ed\np\u0159ehled o\u00a0segmentech ostatn\u00edch. Aby by n\u011bkdo v\u00a0n\u011b\u010dem dobr\u00fd, mus\u00ed\nextr\u00e9mn\u011b z\u00fa\u017eit sv\u016fj z\u00e1b\u011br a specializovat se\u00a0\u2013 nebo aspo\u0148 zvolit\nzaj\u00edmavou a pro n\u011bkoho u\u017eite\u010dnou kombinaci v\u00edce d\u00edl\u010d\u00edch obor\u016f, ale\ns\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee v\u00a0\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m z\u00a0nich nebude nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm expertem a jeho hlavn\u00edm\np\u0159\u00ednosem bude ten p\u0159esah, schopnost dostate\u010dn\u011b dob\u0159e kombinovat dva \u010di\nt\u0159i obory. Ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b u\u017e n\u011bjak\u00e9 to desetilet\u00ed plat\u00ed, \u017ee nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9\nvytvo\u0159it n\u011bjak\u00fd univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed objem znalost\u00ed, tak jako to \u0161lo\nn\u011bkdy p\u0159ed 100\u00a0lety.
