Dva pl\u00e1tky chleba \u010di rozkrojit\nrohl\u00edk, doprost\u0159ed n\u011bco nam\u00e1znout, pl\u00e1cnout pl\u00e1tek s\u00fdra a\/nebo sal\u00e1mu a\n\u017ev\u00fdkat to a \u017evachlat to. Oblo\u017een\u00fd chl\u00e9b, houska, sendvi\u010d je obvykl\u00e1\n\u010desk\u00e1 sn\u00eddan\u011b \u010di sva\u010dina (zabalit do ubrousku, hodit do igelitov\u00e9ho\npytliku a str\u010dit do aktovky), v\u0161ichni znaj\u00ed. Ale jak by to mohl br\u00e1t n\u011bkdo\njako n\u011bco v\u00edc? Sendvi\u010d jako hlavn\u00ed chod? Sendvi\u010d jako delikatesa?<\/p>\n\n<p>Prvn\u011b jsem se s\u00a0t\u00edm potkal ve fastfoodech <a\nhref=\"http:\/\/www.timhortons.com\/en\/index.html\">Tim Horton's<\/a>\u00a0a od t\u00e9 doby\nu\u017e pro m\u011b pojem <em>sendvi\u010d<\/em> nikdy nebude jako p\u0159edt\u00edm. Sendvi\u010d\np\u0159ipraven\u00fd tak, \u017ee a\u0165 je to pe\u010divo kolem sebelep\u0161\u00ed, po\u0159\u00e1d bude jen\npouh\u00fdm nosi\u010dem toho hlavn\u00edho, co je uvnit\u0159. Kdy\u017e si <em>u\u00a0n\u00e1s<\/em> d\u00e1te\nsendvi\u010d\u00a0\u2013 a\u017e na v\u00fdjimky je skoro jedno, jestli v\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00e9 baget\u00e1rn\u011b\nnebo si koup\u00edte balen\u00fd u\u00a0benz\u00ednky\u00a0\u2013 je to v\u00a0z\u00e1sad\u011b po\u0159\u00e1d to sam\u00e9:\nj\u00edte housku s\u00a0n\u011bjakou p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed. Kdy\u017e si d\u00e1te \u0159ekn\u011bme kr\u016ft\u00ed sendvi\u010d\nu\u00a0<em>Tima Hortona<\/em>, stane se ta kr\u00e1sn\u00e1 nad\u00fdchan\u00e1 k\u0159upav\u00e1 bagetka\ncelkem podru\u017en\u00fdm nosi\u010dem t\u00e9 hlavn\u00ed kr\u00e1sy, kterou obaluje. Kdy\u017e jsem se do\nn\u011bj prvn\u011b zakousl, musel jsem se nev\u011b\u0159\u00edcn\u011b pod\u00edvat dovnit\u0159. P\u0159edstavte\nsi, \u017ee si koup\u00edte na kole\u010dka kr\u00e1jen\u00fd libov\u00fd kr\u016ft\u00ed n\u00e1\u0159ez, \u0159ekn\u011bme tak\n15\u00a0dkg, a cel\u00fd ten \u0161t\u016fsek jemn\u00fdch pl\u00e1tk\u016f, tak jak je, vraz\u00edte do\nrozkrojen\u00e9 bagety, p\u0159id\u00e1te p\u00e1r pl\u00e1tk\u016f s\u00fdra a kolem hromadu zeleniny. To\nje <em>Tim Horton's\u00a0Turkey Breast Sandwich<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Posledn\u00ed dobou ov\u0161em nesm\u00edrn\u011b uj\u00ed\u017ed\u00edm na rukole a baby \u0161pen\u00e1tu.\nProto\u017ee bezlepkov\u00e9 pe\u010divo, kter\u00e9 je mi j\u00edsti, nen\u00ed rozhodn\u011b \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd\nkulin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd z\u00e1zrak, je tuh\u00e9, drobiv\u00e9 a obvykle sp\u00ed\u0161 jen nutn\u00fdm zlem,\nexperimentuji s\u00a0t\u00edm, co na n\u011bj d\u00e1t, asi v\u00edc ne\u017e kdokoli jin\u00fd. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed\nchl\u00e9b si pe\u010du s\u00e1m (nap\u016fl pohankov\u00fd se slune\u010dnicov\u00fdmi a d\u00fdnov\u00fdmi\nsem\u00ednky) a i\u00a0kdy\u017e m\u00e1 konzistenc\u00ed bl\u00ed\u017e k\u00a0hutn\u00e9mu finsk\u00e9mu komis\u00e1rku\nne\u017e nad\u00fdchan\u00e9mu \u010desk\u00e9mu chlebu, je to u\u017e pom\u011brn\u011b obstojn\u00e1 dobrota. Ale\njen tak samotn\u00fd po\u0159\u00e1d nen\u00ed nic moc ani on. Za posledn\u00ed t\u00fddny jsem ov\u0161em\nmnohem d\u00e1l s\u00a0\u0159e\u0161en\u00edm, jak i\u00a0s\u00a0t\u00edmto chlebem vytvo\u0159it n\u011bco, na co bych\ns\u00a0chut\u00ed za\u0161el i\u00a0do toho <em>Tima Hortona<\/em> (kdyby nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00ed nest\u00e1l\na\u017e kdesi v\u00a0Kanad\u011b).<\/p>\n\n<ol>\n\t<li>Ukroj dva, pom\u011brn\u011b tenk\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky chleba. Co nejten\u010d\u00ed, ale aby tu\n\tz\u00e1t\u011b\u017e udr\u017eely a nerozpadly se p\u0159i prvn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti.<\/li>\n\n\t<li>Zapome\u0148 na m\u00e1slo, to v\u0161echno pokaz\u00ed. Lehk\u00e9 pot\u0159en\u00ed hor\u010dic\u00ed (dijon!)\n\tud\u011bl\u00e1\u00a0divy.<\/li>\n\n\t<li>Zalo\u017e pl\u00e1tek s\u00fdra, druh zcela dle chuti.<\/li>\n\n\t<li>Na to rozho\u010f p\u00e1r tenou\u010dk\u00fdch pl\u00e1tk\u016f dr\u016fbe\u017e\u00ed \u0161unky\u00a0\u2013 nebo\n\tdebrec\u00ednky, kladenky, pe\u010den\u00e9ho masa, rostb\u00edfu, uzen\u00e9ho lososa (!) \u010di\n\tprost\u011b jen n\u011bjak\u00e9ho sal\u00e1mu.<\/li>\n\n\t<li>Na to polo\u017e hrst rukoly (nebo baby \u0161pen\u00e1tu).<\/li>\n\n\t<li>P\u0159idr\u017e, p\u0159iho\u010f p\u00e1r dal\u0161\u00edch pl\u00e1tk\u016f masa a p\u0159im\u00e1\u010dkni, a\u0165 se\n\tzelen\u00e9 l\u00edstky pod t\u00edm nerozprchnou do v\u0161ech\u00a0stran.<\/li>\n\n\t<li>N\u011bkolik tenk\u00fdch kole\u010dek sal\u00e1tov\u00e9 okurky nebo raj\u010dete zde ud\u011bl\u00e1\n\tmocn\u00e9 kouzlo.<\/li>\n\n\t<li>P\u0159ekryj dal\u0161\u00edm pl\u00e1tek s\u00fdra.<\/li>\n\n\t<li>P\u0159iklop druh\u00fdm pl\u00e1tkem chleba a dlan\u00ed to cel\u00e9 trochu slisuj.<\/li>\n\n\t<li>Nakr\u00e1jej ostr\u00fdm no\u017eem na men\u0161\u00ed d\u00edlky, a\u0165 se to taky d\u00e1\u00a0j\u00edst.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>Tak n\u011bjak vypad\u00e1 posledn\u00ed dobou moje nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sn\u00eddan\u011b\n(pomeran\u010dov\u00fd d\u017eus je k\u00a0tomu ide\u00e1ln\u00ed). Vypad\u00e1 to monstr\u00f3zn\u011b, ale\nrozhodn\u011b monstr\u00f3zn\u011bji, ne\u017e to ve skute\u010dnosti je. V\u00a0podstat\u011b jde o\u00a0p\u00e1r\nkole\u010dek n\u011bjak\u00e9ho masa z\u00a0ledni\u010dky (kter\u00e9 si \u010dlov\u011bk d\u00e1 b\u011b\u017en\u011b mezi dva\nrohl\u00edky), dva pl\u00e1tky s\u00fdra, trochu zeleniny. Cel\u00fd ten z\u00e1zrak d\u011bl\u00e1 ta\nmacat\u00e1 k\u0159upav\u00e1 vrstva rukoly. Jej\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 \u0161tiplav\u00e1 chu\u0165 se kr\u00e1sn\u011b\ndopl\u0148uje s\u00a0masem i\u00a0se s\u00fdrem, lehk\u00fd t\u00f3n dijonsk\u00e9 ho\u0159\u010dice to podtrhuje a\ncelkov\u00fd po\u017eitek na p\u016fneb\u00ed je dokonalost\u00a0sama.<\/p>\n\n<p>Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee t\u00e9 na rukole za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1m b\u00fdt zvolna z\u00e1visl\u00fd. Jak jsem o\u00a0n\u00ed\nmohl tolik let nev\u011bd\u011bt? Jak jsem dok\u00e1zal j\u00edst chleba namazan\u00fd m\u00e1slem a na\ntom kole\u010dko sal\u00e1mu \u010di \u010dehosi?
