Kvalitn\u00ed brambory\njsem omyl a vydrbal kart\u00e1\u010dkem. Nakr\u00e1jel na co mo\u017en\u00e1 stejn\u00e9 d\u00edlky a\nrozlo\u017eil na plech. Posypal t\u0159emi najemno nasekan\u00fdmi strou\u017eky \u010desneku,\nosolil a ne\u0161et\u0159il rozmar\u00fdnem. Zalil olivov\u00fdm olejem a dob\u0159e prom\u00edchal.\nPeklo se p\u0159i 210\u00a0\u00b0C asi 40\u00a0minut. P\u0159ipravil jsem rychle rybu (viz d\u00e1le),\n\u0161el d\u011blat n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho a na va\u0159en\u00ed se sna\u017eil chv\u00edli zapomenout (co\u017e moc\ndob\u0159e ne\u0161lo, proto\u017ee ty brambory s\u00a0\u010desnekem a rozmar\u00fdnou za chv\u00edli velmi\nintenzivn\u011b provon\u00ed cel\u00fd byt a slintaj\u00ed i\u00a0kolemjdouc\u00ed).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Ryba<\/strong> byla protentokr\u00e1t filet z\u00a0pangase (<em>Pangas\ndolnook\u00fd, <a\nhref=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pangasius_hypophthalmus\">Pangasius\nHypophthalmus<\/a><\/em>), kter\u00fd se intenzivn\u011b chov\u00e1 ve Vietnamu a k\u00a0n\u00e1m se\nza\u010dal v\u00a0posledn\u00ed dob\u011b docela hojn\u011b dov\u00e1\u017eet. Je\u0161t\u011b jsem ho nezkou\u0161el,\nale mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee jeho jemn\u00e9 b\u00edl\u00e9 a m\u00e1lo tu\u010dn\u00e9 maso je velmi chutn\u00e9\na filety byly zcela bez kost\u00ed. Rozhodn\u011b jsme tuto rybu nem\u011bli naposledy. Jen\nmus\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk po\u010d\u00edtat s\u00a0cca 40% hmotnostn\u00edm pod\u00edlem ledu\/vody v\u00a0balen\u00ed,\njak je u\u00a0mra\u017een\u00fdch filet prod\u00e1van\u00fdch u\u00a0n\u00e1s u\u017e skoro pravidlem. Dva\nfilety jsem pokapal limetkovou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou a ryb\u00ed om\u00e1\u010dkou, nakr\u00e1jel na porce\ncca 5\u00d75\u00a0cm a p\u0159ipravil si marinovac\u00ed t\u011bst\u00ed\u010dko. Jedno vaj\u00ed\u010dko, trocha\nb\u00edl\u00e9ho v\u00edna, asi l\u017e\u00edce sojov\u00e9 om\u00e1\u010dky (japonsk\u00e9 Tamari) a \u0161petka\n\u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9ho ko\u0159en\u00ed p\u011bti v\u016fn\u00ed\u00a0\u2013 to v\u0161e po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b roz\u0161lehat a zahustit\n\u0161krobem (t\u0159eba solamylem) na ka\u0161ovitou konzistenci. Do toho jsem pono\u0159il\nkousky ryby a nechal marinovat po dobu, co se pekly brambory.<\/p>\n\n<p>Upe\u010den\u00e9 brambory jsem dal chv\u00edli vychladnout na okno a v\u011bnoval se zase\nryb\u011b. D\u016fkladn\u011b jsem rozeh\u0159\u00e1l na p\u00e1nvi vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed vrstvu oleje a skl\u00e1dal do\nn\u011bj kousky ryby namo\u010den\u00e9 v\u00a0t\u011bst\u00ed\u010dku. Ne\u017e jsem doskl\u00e1dal posledn\u00ed, byl\n\u010das prvn\u00ed oto\u010dit. Sma\u017e\u00ed se velmi kr\u00e1tce, t\u011bst\u00ed\u010dko je za minutku\ndozlatova a ryba vevnit\u0159 z\u016fstane velejemn\u00e1 a kr\u00e1sn\u011b \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e1. Zb\u00fdvalo\njen nakr\u00e1jet \u010derstvou sal\u00e1tovou zeleninu\u00a0\u2013 kousek ledov\u00e9ho sal\u00e1tu,\nkousek okurky, jednu papriku a p\u00e1r cherry raj\u010d\u00e1tek. M\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i\u00a0n\u011bco\nsal\u00e1tov\u00fdch bylinek (oregano, bazalka apod.), ale nemus\u00ed. Trocha olivov\u00e9ho\noleje, p\u0159idat vla\u017en\u00e9 pe\u010den\u00e9 brambory a v\u0161e p\u00e1rk\u00e1t v\u00a0m\u00edse spole\u010dn\u011b\nprohodit. Hotovo, m\u016f\u017ee se pod\u00e1vat.<\/p>\n\n<p>Nev\u00edm, jestli je to z\u00a0p\u0159edchoz\u00edho popisu patrn\u00e9, ale celkov\u011b s\u00a0t\u00edm\nbylo snad 10\u00a0minut pr\u00e1ce a skv\u011bl\u00fd letn\u00ed ob\u011bd byl p\u0159itom opravdu\npohlazen\u00edm na p\u016fneb\u00ed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zapome\u0148te na v\u00e1noce.
